Advocating against increasing cost of living and decreasing affordability of renting or owning a home or business in our town
Confronting and exposing threats from high cost density, 'density bonuses' for developers and knocking down cheaper housing to make more expensive housing
Fighting to highlight and correct Governance issues in town leadership that have separated unelected Town Officials from the people who live and work here
Providing better ideas and to avoid wrecking what works so nicely: A town close to transit, not too urban, not too suburban, cheaper to live in than most places around us, good for kids - and good for a nice walk or a walk to our shops and restaurants

Time spent living in Somerville, in the 'Paris of the 90s', Davis Square. Couldn't afford it, couldn't park...Arlington occupies the 'sweet spot' between the urban and the suburban and I'm dedicated to that.

Attend the many meetings: ARB, ZBA, Select Board, Sustainable Arlington and other meetings to discover and comment to ensure our town is run for our benefit - and let you know when items that affect you are going to be discussed.
